Do you have a history of arrears?

How were your Routine Inspections?

Are you a responsible pet owner?

Was the bond paid back to you in full or will be you eligible for bond refund?

Were you compliant – Renting a home - A guide for tenants?

Were you ever registered on the tenancy data base - TICA?

Did you work proactively with your property manager?

Do you have a guarantor to support your first time renting?
